Active Calcium FAQs

1. Can my child take the Active Calcium?

Children 1-6 years: Not recommended
Children 7-10 years: 1 Active Calcium or Active Calcium Chewable
Children 11-12 years: 2 Active Calcium tablets or Active Calcium Chewables

The amount of elemental calcium in the Active Calcium has increased from 135 mg to 200 mg per tablet. It is not possible to provide this increased amount of calcium from calcium citrate alone.
